	Here is how we document your work:   Digital photographs are taken throughout the job duration.  Before and after shots are printed at our office and mailed to you in your comprehensive follow-up package. Approximately 30 days after completion of your job, you will receive your follow-up package in the mail.  It will contain the following:

• Your certificate of limited Lifetime Warranty giving you peace of mind regarding:

                                                            ii.      Class 1 Fire Retardant rating never diminishes.

                                                          iii.      Sound deadening qualities never diminish.   

·         Computerized printout itemizing all work performed and materials used in your project.

·         A “report card” survey asking you for important feedback regarding our performance for you.
