My name is Bob Bird. I started and manage (with my family) Bird Family Industries, Inc. (doing business as Bird Family Insulation). - Digital photographs are taken throughout the job duration. Before and after shots are printed at our office and mailed to you in your comprehensive follow-up package.
- Attic rulers are installed and all insulation is installed to thoroughly hit the targets indicated on your rulers.

Approximately 30 days after completion of your home performance project, you will receive your personalized follow-up package in the mail. It will contain the following:

- Your manufacturer’s written certificate of limited Lifetime Warranty giving you peace of mind regarding:

* Class 1 Fire Retardant rating never diminishes.
* Sound deadening qualities never diminish.
* Computerized printout itemizing all work performed and materials used in your project.
* A “report card” survey asking you for important feedback regarding our performance for you.
Your One Hour Inspection by Georgia’s Home Energy Detective
You see, during your initial phone call to Abbey in our office, we begin working hard to earn your trust and confidence. My EXHAUSTIVE assessment in your home may likely take 60 minutes as I scour your home for expensive, uncomfortable energy thieves. This takes climbing around in your attic, testing the walls for insulation (pre 1965 construction) and often climbing under the house. As your Home Energy Detective, I take my assessment of your home serious. Thoroughness is mandatory if we are to give you the results you need.
As well, our assessment will be frank and comprehensive. Your proposal will be clear. My habit is to sit at your kitchen table, show you pictures of your energy thieves (on my laptop computer), recommend improvements, and answer all of your questions in a neighborly atmosphere. We welcome your questions as you get additional quotes and opinions. You need to make a wise and informed decision. The brief, often careless visits from my peers make us shine!
