"I like how the entire job was line itemed and no hidden fees. Everyone was nice and personable. I felt like a person and not a revenue stream. I like how BFI provided a solution to the problem with actual data; it didn't feel like a sales pitch. Before the improvements, my upstairs was barely tolerable because of the heat. Every time I would go up the stairs it would get progressively hotter. Now, there's barely a difference between the downstairs and upstairs. We opted for the foam insulation in the attic and even the attic would be a livable space it's so cool. The crew were nice and always on time. The whole experience was great. Abbey was always able to answer and Andrew and Beau are a great team."

"The whole process was very fast and professionally done. The job was completed in just three days! Everyone was very knowledgeable and more than helpful. BFI truly goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy and the job is done to your satisfaction. Andrew was awesome, very thorough and helpful. His assessment was the most detailed report we've seen about our home, since we purchased it! Abbey was always super friendly and helpful. She made sure that everything was completed for the rebates and even gave us her personal cell number incase we had any problems. Beau was very courteous and respectful, always more than happy to answer any questions. The whole crew worked very hard and efficiently. The final day of the job, Andrew and Beau stayed long after the rest of the crew, checking for any air leaks until each one was taken care of! Andrew continued to go above and beyond by helping us to find a reasonably priced furnace, even after the job was complete. Andrew, Beau and Abbey all followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Bird Family Insulation have proven themselves to be the best Energy contractor in Atlanta!"

When Bob arrived at our home for the evaluation, I knew he was interested in what my concerns were, in keeping our home warm. His assessment was thorough, and had an approach that no other company offered. He spent time looking for holes in our house, that were creating cold air flow through our home. The method of sealing a home was a "new" approach, along with insulation. THe plan was put into action by a very professional crew who I feel were true craftsmen in this trade. They not only took pride in their work, but were courteous and respectful. I feel I have dealt with real professionals in the business world. In my 17 years here, having used many contractors, this is bar non the best!"
