TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Very recently, Temple Baptist Church decided to upgrade our attic insulation over our auditorium. We contacted several companies including Bird Insulation. Bird sent out one of their foreman to examine our situation and to ultimately bid on the job. I escorted every contractor representative into the attic and watched their activity. All but Bird’s rep gave a cursory look into the attic and submitted a bid ignoring needed repairs before any insulation could be applied. I already knew these problems existed but only Bird took notice of them.
Only the Bird rep thoroughly examined our attic (40 x 80) from end to end and side to side and provided a detailed description of what we needed. This recommendation included various options with prices for each. At no time were we pushed towards any particular amount of work or money. Best of all, the Bird rep discovered two leaks in our roof that had already done some damage to our roof decking. Had he not found this, we would have had expensive damage to our auditorium ceiling. We were able to have these problems repaired before continuing with the insulation.
We were treated professionally, ethically throughout this process. When it was time for the work to be done, the crew showed up on time and got the job done in one day including clean up. To say we are pleased with the results is an understatement. We are thoroughly satisfied with the entire project from start to finish to include the price charged.
I do not hesitate to recommend this company to others in need of their services.
