We are taking necessary precautions towards COVID-19. For your peace of mind, these steps below are required for all our crew members while they are inside of your home.
+ If you request, our guys wear masks at all times while inside your living space.
+ Our guys regularly use hand sanitizer.
+ We practice the 6-foot rule.
+ Most of our time is spent in your attic, crawlspace or outside.
+ We try to limit the time we’re inside your living space. For lengthy conversations, consider stepping outside.
+ Please assign a dedicated restroom with hand soap and paper towels for our crew.
+ Our crew is 3 or 4 men, max.
+ Our admin team is working remotely.
+ We are completely paperless.
+ If anyone feels sick, they stay home.

- You complete your EZ online estimate
- Receive a follow-up call from your assigned Comfort Pro
- Schedule a site visit to evaluate your home, make adjustments to your estimate, and convert your estimate into a “Bird Family Promise”.
- Your crew arrives on the scheduled date, and we go to work for you!
